The spot filter is placed typically in places where one wants to have a small vacuum to either take away a pressure coming from another process such as a HDH_F mill, or just to prevent dust from coming out of a mixer or bale breaking process.

The filter works with reverse air jet blast into bags and keeps the vacum with a small ventilator, only clean air comes out from the filter at 200-800 m3/h

The spot filter is used to keep a negative air pressure inside transport systems or material bins thus preventing dust to exhaust out from the machinery, it can also be used in combination with milling systems where the mill rotor creates a over pressure from the rotation of the flail rotor, this is the case when we use the Cormall HDH-F mill, a mmachine that works as a gravity mill.

The filter works with reverse air jet blast that blows compressed air into the filter bags and keeps the bags clean. The filter is supplied with a small ventilator that creates the vacuum in the system, only clean air comes out from the filter all dust stays in the system.

The ventilator can be adjusted with a valve at 200 to 800 m3/h
