Belt conveyor feeding

The system was developed and sold already in the 1960´s.
It is today used in big farms from 500-800 dairy cows and up to 8.000 cows.
Rubber belt conveyors is a very reliable and durable system, provided that the belt material is made of an oil and acid resistant rubber material, there are examples of farms where the same belt has been at work for more than 25 years.
The Cormall design team always place’s the conveyor system above the manger in a way that keeps the manger area free for driving and working on it with other machinery.
It is possible to multiple many different animal groups with belt conveyor system, with individual mixtures and quantities at different feeding times during the day, and you can also have it as a distribution system from a kitchen area and out into different barns and conveyors. Some farms have installed conveyor transport and feeding systems with up to 15-20 conveyors
Maximum length of a single feeding conveyor is: 90-100 meters
Feed conveyors are available at: 500 and 600mm width
Normal transport conveyors are available at: 500, 600, 800, 1000 and 1200mm width
