The Cormall MTX-H straw bale breaker is a new system based on our traditional diet feed mixer.
The system allows you to break up the bale with a minimum of power consumption, lower noise, lower auger speeds and a minimum of wear and tear on the machinery. Consequently it is a highly durable system that can handle stones and other contamination in the straw, without any stops in production and a huge reduction in the risk of creating sparks that can cause a fire.
It consists of two contra-rotating augers which are equipped with knifes to break down the bale. Here after the Ø 500 loading auger fills into the straw scratcher which remove all lump remains in the straw and gives a constant and even feed to the hammer mill.
This is a system that can handle all stones and other contamination in the straw, without any production stop and without risk of creating sparks that can occur a fire.
Another great advantage is the control of the moist content in the straw where you can chose to mix moist straw with dry straw.
The bale breaker cab be supplied in various sizes.
